ABOUT KATIE
Katie Hawkes has been a Real Estate Agent with Rancho Santa Fe Properties, a division of Prudential California Realty, for the past 17 years. Katie has been working in the Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate industry representing buyers and sellers of upscale residential properties for over 25 years. Katie has been voted by her associates, Real Estate Sales Associate of the Year, for 15 of the past 16 years. She was named Top 10 individuals in production in 2010 for San Diego. She was awarded the coveted Gold Award for the #1 real estate agent in Prudential for Outstanding Professionalism for 2009. She has been a consistent member of Prudential Chairman's Circle, placing in the top 1% of Prudential's Residential Real Estate Agents, and is among the top 100 real estate agents for San Diego. Katie has been awarded the prestigious LEGEND FIFTEEN YEAR AWARD. Katie and her husband, Richard, built their home in Elfin Forest. They have two children. A Cum Laude graduate of San Diego State University, with a degree in communications and marketing, Katie formerly taught elementary school in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii during her husband's tenure with the Navy. Katie is the Membership Chair for the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary, a service organization, a volunteer with Rancho Santa Fe Community Services, The Rancho Santa Fe Library and with Kids Korps.

Debbie Bulkeley has lived in San Diego for 26 years – originally from Northern California. Debbie has a husband Charlie, and three girls – Amanda (17), Lucy (12), and Ellie (10) She graduated from UCSD in 1988 with a Bachelors in Psychology, a minor in Science, and a minor in Art History. She loves San Diego real estate because she enjoys helping people and wants to make sure that their most important purchase is exciting, fun and runs smoothly.
